What is SWEAT Strength?
This program is an 8 week program consisting of 5 days per week of different workouts daily. Each week of workouts will be a little different than the week before, you will still be targeting specific muscles groups that you hit the week before to help get your body in a routine. Each workout has detailed descriptions and video demonstration so you can confidently do this program. Not only will you receive 40+ workouts, but you'll also get a Nutrition guide, and weekly check-in with me to keep track of your progress. I personally follow this program and have seen the incredible results that come from it. I couldn't help but share it with the world and my LIFESTYLE family.
